If you download GSRadio through Google Play, you acknowledge that Google is not responsible for support, maintenance, or claims related to the application.

Apple Platforms

If you use GSRadio through Apple platforms, you acknowledge:

• Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support,
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

Samsung Smart TV Platforms

Use of GSRadio on Samsung Smart TV devices (including Tizen TV apps distributed via Samsung Apps TV) may additionally be subject to Samsung platform policies and terms.

LG webOS TV Platforms

Use of GSRadio on LG webOS TV devices may additionally be subject to LG platform policies and terms.

VIDAA TV Platforms

Use of GSRadio on VIDAA Smart TV devices may additionally be subject to VIDAA and device manufacturer platform policies and terms.
